All staff members from check-in, maids, to kitchen personnel were all very nice. The room booked was cleaned. Only problems it would take the room hours to reach the desired temperature and the pool area, not just the pool, was freezing. So stepping out the pool was like ice. Also the pool was cloudy.

Room was clean and they had a nice Happy Hour 530-700pm that included free mix drinks, beer, wine and snacks. We ate dinner in the dining area. Large Portions. I got the kids meal, and it was plenty of food for an adult. Wasnt happen with a few things, they did make us sign a paper upon check in with a list of a lot of rules. They had an additional $150 charge for damages on top of the normal stay as well as $5 parking fee.

Room needs new plugins as our plugs kept coming out. Staff couldn’t be nicer, Grant was the BEST! We were told happy hour was 5-7 and got to bar at 5:15 and waited on around 5:20, then thinking our drinks were free the bartender charged us saying AFTER THE FACT that happy hour drinks are not for another 10min. Would have been nice if she had told us as we would have waited. Also, with so many people at bar for happy hour it would have been nice if bartender had someone else to do food as she left bar to do food orders.

First night was great bed super comfy and I slept so good. Second night was not so good. The two ladies working the bar had terrible customer service. They one was talking for 30 minutes about how she hated her job and she wouldn’t care if they fired her because she has other jobs lined up. Very unprofessional. I was also told by the lady at the front desk I couldn’t get cream for my coffee for the room because it wasn’t morning time and she couldn’t access it. So I guess the hotel controls what time I’m allowed to drink coffee

This hotel was perfect for my daughter and her friends. I also loved being able to have the conjoining room option. Breakfast was better than any hotel we've stayed at as well. The front desk staff was polite and professional. I will definitely choose Embassy Suites here in Columbus as well as other places when I travel.

We have been coming with friends from Cleveland once a year since 2014 and this will be our last visit. What a let down!! We had to get our room re-keyed four times because the key cards kept failed. We stayed from 2/2/26-2/4/26, and the water in the room never got above lukewarm in the sink and shower. When we first complained, we were told that it was because the hotel was full! That was insulting because we’ve been there plenty of times when it was full and had hot water. The quality of the food has gone down significantly. One member of our party got stuck in the elevator for several minutes and no one came to assist - the elevator just began on it’s own. Finally, the staff was nowhere as friendly as they were pre-pandemic. The Embassy Suites just lost a large group of loyal customers.
