I got a smaller room than I received at another home 2 suites, and it was a handicap room that I did not ask for so it was smaller and had less amenities. I think you probably need to give Theresa at the front desk some time off because she was there when we checked in and she was there when we checked out the next morning and she was exhausted.

Almost everything stood out in this stay , first 3 minutes drive to Easton mall , very quiet area , nice hotel very clean looking almost everywhere is updated, nice and friendly staff, clean and big rooms supplied with all the amenities that you might need , plus in the morning good complimentary breakfast so overall that will be our place to stay every time we go to Columbus

Everything in this hotel was very clean. The bed was comfy. We were delighted by the size of junior suite because we were able to spread out a bit. We were traveling with our toddler, and it was amazing to have a bedroom with a door so that we could put her to bed, but we didn't have to go to bed. The kitchenette was perfect for us. It even had a cutting board and knife, so we could cut up fruit. The breakfast was fresh. They continually checked food and put out more if needed/requested. We will absolutely stay here again when we're in town!

Check in was a breeze. Henry was working the front desk and was incredibly kind and friendly. This extended beyond our initial interactions with him, as he also warmly greeted us as we left for dinner as well. We had a king size room, which was clean and spacious. The kitchen area was stocked with everything guests could possibly need. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was great. The location of the hotel is within a few minutes drive to Easton, as well as many other shopping and dining options. I would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.
