I booked 2 bed they gave us for 3 people 1 king size. Staff in the lobby show high stress and one of their leader all the time was upset while he was talking with other. New York is not New York any more. I will never return there and it is so sad, it was my preferred place to go and by far, and I have visited more than 100 times and most than any other place.
