"Great place to stay in New Kingston. Lovely hotel w a great breakfast (esp the Jamaican breakfast dishes).
We had to wait 45 mins for our room to be ready when we arrived at our check-in time (3pm) - while the lobby area is really nice, I wish they had offered to hold our bags and let us hang out in the terrace bar or other guest-only areas while we waited, or given us some idea of how long the wait would be. Other than this initial wait, staff were really great.
The standard king room is nothing special (our view was to exterior stairs and tarped roof area) but loved spending time at the cabana pool area and the sky bar."
