"Very disappointed with the staff and customer service at this resort. I’ve stayed at Royalton before in other countries and have had much better experiences. This property was very unorganized. The system went down for Covid testing and we spent most of our stay waiting in lines being told to come back later to schedule and take the test rather than enjoying our vacay. Rooms were humid, requests for room restocking took days, we had a leak in our room, no screen on patio door allowing mosquitos to get in. Terrible experience. Mamagement was rude and not willing to empathize. "
