Room was kept in impeccable condition by Staff everyday during my stay. The power went due to weather conditions for a few hours and was quickly restored. The room came with a TV which showed local and cable tv programs. Since the power outage and restoration the tv didn't work even after speaking with reception several times no one reached out to me afterwards with feedback to find out if everything was ok. The broadband also went down due to the power outage. There was secured internet service previously provided before the power outage. When the power came back we were provided with an internet service which wasn't secure. I stayed for 2 weeks without tv service and it miraculously came back on the day I was leaving. I don't think I would stay there again for a long stay. Maybe a weekend

The room didn't have a microwave,also it was very noisy during the night and , early morning 😔 loud talking and door slamming, also I stayed for almost a month with no Gym it was out of service 😞, and no laundry in the hole, so out of a 100% I'll give it 30%👎

Good.just typical. The room is clean. But when we arrived there is no water. The towel bar handle is damaged. The AC is old and will take time to cool. The TV speaker is not good as tv is old. The place is quite. Breakfast food is fine but not satisfactory. Secured hotel though. We bought drinks on the bar like water and soda, price seems overcharge as the staff changed the price in the middle of us paying.

Rooms were clean and chic. The pool was great. Customer service from the servers at breakfast was okay and cordial, but not the most welcoming experience. Biased attitudes and seemed angry every morning (we were there for 4 nights). The front desk staff, security, and porters were great. Very professional, friendly, and unbiased. 10/10 recommend, even though the customer service at breakfast was undesirable.
