Really have to provide more than snacks. Lets create a new norm!
Delta had my mother waiting for an extended period for someone to transport her in a wheelchair. Other Philippino attendants were standing around not assisting. We had to wait on a Jamaican attendant to come along to assist us. This was blatant racism. Delta should investigate this matter & monitor their attendants do not continue to display this kind of behavior against black people. I plan to take this matter further. I also noted another black lady was transferred from her wheelchair to sit on the radiator in the hallway while they used the wheelchair she was in for another passenger. Totally unacceptable as she was traveling unaccompanied.
The professionalism of the crew and on-time service
I have to pay for my 1 piece of luggage?
my niece had a great experience on her flight
Just wish they would serve something else from pretzels
It was ok
The customer service rep at the curbside in N.Y. fussed at his colleague, shifted me to another isolated kiosk and asked for a tip. I told him I didn't have any money for tip. He asked how much I had. I told him. He wanted to know how much change I wanted back. I told him. He said he only had $16 and handed it to me even though I told him I wanted $18 back. He was very aggressive in the exchange and I walked away feeling intimdated. I wondered if he switched kiosks to an isolated kiosk so he could fleece me out of a tip. Not a good curbside experience. On the other hand, the flight was great.

Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, sunny Kingston, Jamaica is the quintessential tropical paradise. Hike through the airy Blue Mountains, be dazzled by exotic birds on an Arrowhead Birding Tour, and finish with a hot cup of java from Mavis Bank Coffee Factory.
Afterwards, relax at any of Kingston's numerous world-class spas. A guided tour will offer the best way to find your niche on the island.
Norman Manley International Airport (KIN) is one of three international airports on the island of Jamaica. Travelers will be surprised to find there are no hotels in the near vicinity of Norman Manley International. The closest options for lodging and meals are within the city of Kingston, a short distance from the airport. Several hotels offer direct shuttle transportation for a fee, but renting a car allows for efficient transportation throughout your stay. Take the A4 motorway, known as the Norman Manley Boulevard, for a direct route into the city.
Flight time from New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to Kingston will vary depending on whether your flight is nonstop or if there is a layover involved. Nonstop flights clock in at about three hours and 50 minutes. With a layover, total travel time may be over six hours. Nonstop flights are generally less costly, but not by a large margin.
