Check in the hotel no hot water cold water for three days. I’m there be safe wasn’t working. They give me a key for the safe. Told me if I lost the key. I cannot get back to my belongings. They told me it was gonna give me a different room They didn’t they check me out out of my room and my luggage was still in the room I pay for my room and they took me out.

The staff were exceptional, warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and eager to help with any questions you might have. From the front office staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff and grounds staff, all were courteous and friendly. I enjoyed the family atmosphere in a smaller hotel compared to a large hotel where you are just a number. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely chose to stay there again, when next I visit. Jamaica.

I was traveling for Business and its ok. You have some touristic stops near, like the Bob Marley Museum and "Devon House", a nice place to Dinner, Ice Cream and fun. Also you have some fast Food Restaurants near the hotel. But always used Uber for Transportation, its safe and chip.
