Hotel needs some upgrades with things such as an ironboard cover, sofa and towels. Ironboard cover didn't fit and was dirty, sofa dirty and towels frilling out. Breakfast was very good and staff was nice and customer service was good. Room was clean and decent overall.

The service wasn’t great, the staff was amazing as well as the staff at Monte Carlo, Tahjay, Natecsha and Romario hopefully my spelling is on point, I spent most of my time there and them and two other ladies was absolutely amazing. Great service

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! A hidden gem for sure! The staff were so polite and helpful and the breakfast buffet was so good and served authentic Jamaican dishes. The room was beautiful and clean. I will definitely being staying here again!

The property overall is very clean & well kept, majority of the staff I interacted with was very nice, restaurant & comp breakfast was great, the bed comfortable, the headboards are in need of reupholstering as the current material flakes onto the bed, a few other items could use fixing, the scale didn't work & in the room I was in, the shower lever to allow use of the shower head was broken but I would def stay there again.

The person that checked us in was great, please give her a raise. On the other hand, the rooms were not fully cleaned and need a lot of attention. I was able to speak to a manager who took notes. She also stated the issues reported would be elevated to upper management.
