Not my favorite place to stay! You can tell the property is aging and there was a lack of attention to detail. Staff communication was poor on numerous occasions. There were never enough towels replenished and when we asked for beach towels, they said they’d get us some fresh ones and bring them out to the pool. Time passed and no one brought them out so we had to go in and get some. Not the end of the world but I was watching my kids and didn’t want to go back into the cold AC a second time to get a towel. Not the worst stay but not the best either

The room was well maintained but some of the amenities were not up to par. The shower was difficult to use and eventually broke and even though I was told of the problem with the TV I still was disappointed that I could not watch CNN. But overall the experience was Good.

Hotel needs some upgrades with things such as an ironboard cover, sofa and towels. Ironboard cover didn't fit and was dirty, sofa dirty and towels frilling out. Breakfast was very good and staff was nice and customer service was good. Room was clean and decent overall.

The service wasn’t great, the staff was amazing as well as the staff at Monte Carlo, Tahjay, Natecsha and Romario hopefully my spelling is on point, I spent most of my time there and them and two other ladies was absolutely amazing. Great service

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! A hidden gem for sure! The staff were so polite and helpful and the breakfast buffet was so good and served authentic Jamaican dishes. The room was beautiful and clean. I will definitely being staying here again!
