Was a great stay except for the food had to be pre ordered and church on the property it was loud and I couldn’t sleep….. otherwise everything was great especially the location
The room was clean and the staff (from security, receptionist, housekeeping and kitchen staff) was pleasant. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

My stay at your hotel was remarkable the staff and the people at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. And the house keeper they were very friendly and helpful even down to the remote for the Telly they help me and my brother, I didn’t get the chance to take them properly but next time.

The room was in good condition and met expectations. It was clean and ideally located, with quality social areas in close proximity. The staff were courteous, respectful, and easy to communicate with. This should definitely be considered as an option for anyone planning a trip to Kingston.
The rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was no elevator, but the staff carried all of my luggage to my room (and I had a lot of luggage). Breakfast was DELICIOUS and reasonably priced. My Jamaican friends stayed with us on this trip and they said the breakfast was 'a real Jamaican breakfast'.
