"As you can see on the sign a front desk person was supposed to be there during their job at 7 AM I had a customer service issue because there was no blow dryer in my room and I had to leave for an appointment and wanted to look at my best Spoke to a person at 7 AM who said they would be trying to reach out to the manager to solve my problem. At 8 o’clock, I still have not heard from someone Horrible customer service Pretty sad"

"The room was nice, clean. However the neighbors were very noisy all night, slamming doors into the night. Finally we called security to shut them up. That went on until 2am. It worked until the morning, to hem again slamming doors. I got no sleep. Should get a refund for the last night. Don’t guests understand That others are staying there. What happened to common curtesy."

"The location was excellent. There was not enough room/seats around the swimming pool and it was Very noisy loud music. Nice large room but not enough draws/hanging space for clothes if you are staying more than a week. Breakfast was not good very little choice and slow service. I know you have to have the air conditioning on but it was very cold in the breakfast room . At the reception table most of the time there was only one or two receptionists and when checking in or out it could be a long wait."

"Great location! Tons of restaurants nearby, walkable neighborhood, and close proximity to the ocean. The building is nice, the staff is friendly, and the check-in process was very easy. My only constructive feedback is the room does need some slight refreshing to fix some of the wear and tear. But overall a great experience and I would stay here again. "
