"Room was outdated, chips in floor, bathtub had scratches that look like dirt. Did not receive maid service for the first two days - had to inquire. Shampoo, Conditioner not replenished.
Front desk repeatedly placed additional holds on my CC, with no clarification. Some staff were extremely condescending.
Extremely disappointed as I stayed here 10 years ago and loved it. "
