"Loved Savannah! The hotel lobby and atrium are stunning. It was the noisiest room that we've ever had. All of the rooms are adjacent to the Atrium and they have loud events for 150 people there! (Weekends only?) We had a "Garden level(?)" room and groups were partying in the garden until early morning. No restaurant other than a 15 foot cafeteria line. No breakfast (free coffee), no pool, very busy loud street (West Bay)"

"Staff was excellent, rooms have been updated and were comfortable/clean. Pool area restaurant/bar had good breakfast/lunch options but are pricey. Enjoyed the water bottle fill station in lobby and armband for room key is a nice update. Only stayed for one night to see some friends that were there, wouldn’t be my first choice but was overall a good stay. "

A special shout-out to the valet team—they were super helpful and made retrieving our car at the end of our stay a total breeze. * **Spacious & Comfortable Rooms:** Our room featured two queen beds and was spotlessly clean. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. * **Impressive Bathroom:** The bathroom was huge! I especially loved the ample counter space, which made getting ready so much easier. * **Prime Location:** You couldn't ask for a better spot. The hotel is very central and puts you right in the middle of everything Savannah has to offer. I would absolutely stay here again. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city!"

"Booked 6 months out, called to confirm a poolside or oceanfront room, instead was given a room outward facing towards the parking lot near the elevator. Had to ask for conditioner 3 times before it was filled."
