Our room was very comfortable and clean. We had an ocean view room and it was amazing looking out at the sunrise and sunset. The desk staff were very warm and friendly and knowledgeable. The valet staff was excellent, especially Joey and Charles.

The hotel itself is a beautiful property and the lobby is very nice as well as all the staff we encountered. The first room we had stunk really bad, they moved us to a different room that was musty but didn’t stink like the first room. The sink was clogged and we had to have the maintenance come 2 times to fix that. The rooms are tired and need a solid remodel. Poop patch jobs, old carpet, old furniture old appliances, the beds weren’t terribly uncomfortable but they weren’t exactly comfortable either. The rooms were minimally cleaned, lots of dust and hair left on the floor. The patio had trash on it. An item Fell behind the furniture and I tried to retrieve it the back of the furniture had fallen off and had sharp staples sticking out that left my arm with deep scratches. On top of all that they had a huge gymnastics competition this weekend which brought in so many people that were clustered everywhere and left no space for anyone in the pool or hot tub or in any of the common areas. Parking was sparce as well. The location was beautiful but I would not go back or suggest this hotel to anyone in the future.

The hotel itself is very nice, with a great ocean view, amenities, and location. Unfortunately, my checkout experience overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable stay. While using a luggage cart that had just been handed to me by another guest, I was confronted by a hotel employee who spoke to me in a hostile and unprofessional manner. He accused me of taking the cart and made comments implying it was inappropriate for a guest to use it. Later, he approached me again to say only employees should use the carts, despite there being no visible policy restricting guest use of luggage carts and despite being offered a cart by the front desk at check-in. I felt uncomfortable and did not appreciate the way the situation was handled. The employee did not apologize. I reported the incident to the front desk and a manager, who stated they would address it. Experiencing this type of interaction during a vacation was disappointing. Because of this, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel.

Staff was excellent. When asked by the general manager how our visit was. I shared some feedback on how dissatisfied with our room. The manager immediately upgraded our room to a higher lever ocean front room. The room was very clean and of course the view was phenomenal.

Had a pleasant stay with family , Front desk staff Anais is the best . on the 9th floor with Oceanfront view with morning sun rise is the best thing you can experience. Anais offered us free dinner for our family of 4 at the Blue Restaurant and also gave us Breakfast coupons next day to make our stay even more delightful. Thanks Anais , we will definitely come back .

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Amazing amenities including heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. The outdoor jacuzzi with the ocean view was heavenly! Staff were outstanding in every way... friendly, helpful, and courteous. They made everything easily accessible and enjoyable, even offering a free shuttle to Shelter Cove, which we chose not to do because we were enjoying the hotel so much. The price for our room was very reasonable. The food was delicious, including room service. Our ocean view room gave us a beautiful sunrise from t!
