"I’ve stayed at Hotel Hot Springs three times since December. The staff is always very kind and accommodating. The only recommendation I would suggest is a more in depth house keeping between guests. My friend and I found crumbs and hair in our beds the first night when we got in. We were in a double queen so it was odd that we both found things. The shower floor also looked a little dirty. On a positive note, the staff has always been accommodating and very friendly. I would not say I’ll never be back, but it might be something going forward to keep in mind. I love the shuttle option and the staff is always very willing to give recommendations!"

"Safe location especially for families. We loved the amount of space in the room. It was clean but not overly clean you could tell where things didn’t get cleaned very often. Pictures showed that our shower would be a shower, no tub and we got the combo old version. No biggie until we turned the shower in and water continued to come from both the shower and faucet. The toilet was a nightmare. Every time you turned any water on the toilet would let out this high pitched noise for a while and god forbid you actually use the toilet. Then it would scream for 5 minutes. We left one day and came back late at night and toilet had decided to continuously run and scream. One fix was to turn the water off the other was to get the seal to work on the flap which eventually worked. The bed frame needed to either be bolted to the wall or a new one should’ve been installed because every time we moved it hit the wall you could even tell where they’d patched it before. The staff was friendly and efficient on check in. Easy check out process. Overall our stay was good, there were just somethings that could’ve been better. Beautiful scenery and lots of amenities too."

"We were put in a room with an adjoining room door and we could hear the neighbors noisy children and their loud mother like they were in our room. They went to bed late and were up early, so they really interfered with our sleep. We will never allow ourselves to be placed in a similar situation again. "

"What's to like.., well, the view is still there if you get a room overlooking the water. There's that and that's pretty much it. I am sure 25 or 30 years ago this was a fine hotel. I'm equally sure that was the last time it was actually cleaned and kept up. I'm not slamming the employees, who were friendly and polite. But there's only so much they can do. It's the owners/ managers that have cut so many corners to maximize profits I suppose. The cleaning staff only gives everything the once over. Probably only allowed so many minutes per unit. Don't look closely at anything anywhere. The surrounding grounds aren't cleaned too often. The back patio is a total mess, tables and chairs askew and left that way for days. The landscaping is all dying out, nobody tending to it at all that I could see. But I suppose you get what you pay for, and we should have spent a little more. Next time we come to Hot Springs, we'll stay just one night in a little nicer hotel instead of two nights here. But.., if you're on a tight budget like we were, well I guess I should complain so much..."

"I am 74 years old, I travel a lot and I have never seen an hotel so horrible in my life. What a shame."
