I bought the protection plan and yet I am being given the run around by expdia and the hotel citing reasons why my money will not be refunded. The front desk took care of us but could have used a little help. Enjoyed the view from the hotel of the lake. There were plenty of dining options and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool.
