It’s a red roof inn, so I had only mild expectations but based off previous reviews, I thought it would be better. Our room reeked of marijuana, despite airing it out, we couldn’t get rid of the smell. I didn’t feel safe going to our vehicles at night due the people and homeless walking around the parking lot. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable and the room was in sad need of care and updating. We had a fridge, but it didn’t work. We definitely will not be staying here again when and if we come back to Hot Springs.

My bath towel had a big hole in it. There were bad stains on mattress, if you want maid service you have to go get stuff yourself. Toilet seat was crooked, countertop vanity had 2 large cracks and was loose pulling away from wall. Rusty microwave, the room had a bad smell. Not allowed to take your free breakfast back to your room. Hole in the wall in bathroom where toilet is hooked up. Never stay in a red roof in again. If you would like to see photos I took plenty. Avoid this place.

I was told by the front desk that the bathhouse row was "just around the corner" so I headed out walking. It turned out to be a mile and a half away on steep inclines through the middle of housing projects. I ended up pulling a calf muscle and had to hobble back.

I had stayed at Red Roof properties before. I did not feel safe at this location. Nothing about the room was comfortable. The breakfast menu was okay. I will never stay there again

Can’t recommend this property to any travelers, walls are paper, thin, no concern for loud and rowdy, guests, and the smell of urine throughout the property, office locked due to recent armed robbery, according to staff which added to the restless night , 👎👎👎
