The room was tidy and neat. There was a slight issue with the shower handle and remote for the TV but we were able to get it taken care of at the front desk! The breakfast was decent, however there were some inconsistencies day-to-day. We would have loved more protein options. They had bagels, oatmeal, waffles, and cereal. There were eggs one day of our stay and we would have loved to have them every day.

Room was decent, pretty outdated with very flat pillows & a shower neither of us wanted to use. Staff were very nice. Our biggest beef was the insanely depressing breakfast, one counter in a small almost hallway with the wrapped breakfast items I was fed as a child on state testing day.

This was a very average place. It was clean but dated. Staff friendly. Ice machine was broken. Shower was vey loud. Breakfast was minimal but what they had was fresh and well presented. It was close the a trailhead for hot springs national park which is what drew us in. Not great but not bad. Matched price point.

Didn't stay. Room was bad wiyh pet dander and have family members with pet allergies. Also the elements was bad. Drug and sketchy people loitering and watching us unload. Also next room over had something going on with about 30 people in it.

Had no AC even though it was cold out room was hot and musky. Lady at desk was rude. Came up tried foxing issue got attitude and slammed my door. Floor was dirty. Hotel dirty cost me 15 dollars wash and dry load of clothes, place trashed and smelled.
