Miami International Airport

Weather in Miami

Miami has a tropical monsoon climate, with short, warm winters and hot, humid summers. During the winter, high temperatures range between 70 and 77 degrees Fahrenheit and lows can fall below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Cold fronts can cause the temperatures to drop below 35 degrees Fahrenheit. During the summer, highs range between the mid-80s and low 90s, with high levels of humidity. The rainy season runs from May to mid-October, and much of Miami's rainfall occurs during this period. The official hurricane season lasts from June 1 to November 30.
