"My husband and I had a wonderful time during our April stay. The house has everything you need and the welcome basket was above and beyond what we expected. House: Clean and newly remodeled. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals. There are plenty of bedding and towels. You'll find everything you need for a beach day including beach towels, chairs and a cooler. We rented a 26' boat which we were easily able to keep along the long dock area next to the lift. We used the pool in the afternoons and appreciated the opportunity to turn the heat on for one of the days. Area: This house is in a great location. In the mornings, we could walk or ride bikes to The Boathouse restaurant (about 1.8 miles). We also enjoyed a quick trip by boat to the Boathouse restaurant as well as scenic drives to Sanibel and St. James City. Area: The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful but you are two minutes from the main Cape Coral parkway with several restaurants. Host: Emilio was very responsive, typically responding within the hour.We love this part of Florida and look forward to our next visit."
