"Overall it is a nice place and convenient for local travel. I really think the $40 per person per day resort fee is outrageous. A lot of the place is privately owned or under construction. Your resort fee gets you towels and a chair at the beach, access to a small water park. A shuttle and WiFi. It would be more honest to raise the daily rate and drop the fee. One timer for us and can’t recommend it to others. "

"The beach view was great as pictured. Condo interior looked professionally decorated. Kitchen fully equiped but we usually ate at one of the good restaurants down the road. Our only complaint was the mattress that is extremly firm. My wife chose to sleep on the sofa instead. We decided to leave 3 nights early. The management rep said the owner and guests prefered very firm. It's a matter of degree."

"This property was everything we hoped for...the ocean view from the room was incredible ! Watching the sun set every evening from the screened- in balcony was simply amazing...The condo was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Elizabeth (the host) was excellent ! She was very responsive and gave us all of the information we needed. I was also happily surprised to see the condo was so well stocked, even with small things that we didn't expect. The property itself was beautiful, and very peaceful. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes, and the pool was nice also, very well maintained. We will definitely be coming back ! "
