Many of the hotel guests had to take Uber. In addition, for some reason, hotel stuff at the door keep reassuring guests that the bus will arrive any moment, adding to he confusion."

Great staff, nice accommodation (we were upgraded to a nicer room upon check in, which was a nice touch), good buffet breakfast with a varied selection of items. All in all a fail-safe option when overnighting at Gatwick between flights."
