The whole stay from the point of check-in was excellent. Clean and spacious room. Tv remote control has no battery but replacement was sent. Only one feedback , the concierge staff should be someone that can help to move suitcases to the trolley. Sanjit was polite but insisted me (a woman on her own) to go to the luggage room to get my suitcases (I didn’t feel comfortable) and expected me to put the luggage myself onto the trolley, without any offer of help. I never had to do this at other hotels. That’s the only disappointing part ti my experience at Holiday inn express T4.

The hotel being at Heathrow was great and very convenient. The room was clean and the staff courteous and polite. However, our room was not ready until 1.5 hours after check in time. The hair dryer plug was an inch off the floor and the cord was maybe 3 foot long. Unless you’re sitting on the floor it’s hard to use.

My flight was delayed and i came late at the the Heathrow airport. Accessible to the hotel, how ever my experienced did not met my expectation. The 1st room was given to me I was not ready around 6:30 pm they are cleaning and all the equipments and dirty laundry out of the room was in the hall ways still There is not way for my to even walk towards the room was assign. I came back to the lobby to tell the situation some lady from the front desk insisted to help me while I was waiting to the guy who gave me that room, she provided 5 floor thought I ask for lower floor cause I have fear of height I accepted it anyway but the room key, did not work at the elevator to use is to go up my cause u have to haave that room key to access the elevator, I was getting a lil angry cause I have two huge luggage’s. I came back to these guy whom helped me at 1st to begin with.. he gave me complimentary drink for inconvenience but I’m not a drinker so it’s useless…. Finally the key is working the do room si nice and modern how ever it’s uncomfortable to sleep in Breakfast is free it says buffet but there’s not to much to select the food to pick with. The eggs are nasty slimy seems like a process fake scramble eggs. I can’t believe it’s just next to the airport but you have to pay 6euro. I don’t usually put bad review I hope they improve they’re service.
