No ... we had a fire evacuation at 4.45 in the morning. We were left standimg in cold ...-1° for three quarters of an hour. The staff were notable by their absence, they didnt appear to have any idea what to do and we were given no information. A few silver warmers were handed out far too late but only a few got them. On the flight back to Australia we developed fevers and have since been diagnosed with Influenza A. The extreme cold didnt help. With bells ringing, and no announcements, we did not have time to unpack really warm clothes. A debacle.

It was nice hotel , the location was pretty good we stayed here and took the tube and the Elizabeth line into London . The breakfast could have been better. We did have two fire alarms durning our stay one in the middle of the night and we had to evacuate and the other was durning the day when we’re out . Not the greatest thing to be standing outside at 4 am in the cold but better safe then sorry . I would actually stay here again.

Second stay at a Holiday Inn Express. They are excellent value and quality. Very clean rooms. Astoundingly quiet for being an airport hotel. Access is excellent from T4. Breakfast buffet is exceptional. The staff are professionals -- kind, friendly and helpful.
