Not the first time I have stayed here but this hotel never disappoints. Clean and incredibly quiet rooms despite being so close to the runways. Rooftop bar is a must, great service and delicious cocktails coupled with stunning views of the airport and distant city skyline. Conveniently situated off the car park to Terminal 2 , a short walk to the lifts which take you down to the subway that leads to the Underground, Heathrow Express and Terminal 3. The only downside is the signage from the lifts to the hotel entrance. If you dont know where you're going its really difficult to find the link bridge which leads to the hotel entrance. There are signs on the columns in the car park but they really need signs as you exit the lifts. Come on guys, put some lines on the floor when you exit the lifts, they do this in Paddington station and it makes all the difference.

This is a good modern and clean airport hotel. It has a decent restaurant on the first floorand an excellent bar with runway views also with an outside seating and viewing area on the 14th floor. It was a shame that the runway bar was only opening in the evenings, as in the morning I wanted to go to the outside area to get a good look at the runways in daylight, but the runway bar on the 14th floor is locked in the mornings.

Ideal for airport. Super quiet. Friendly staff. I would say it is a 10 minute walk not five minute. There is no clear signage to terminal 3 when you walk from the hotel, this isn’t the hotels fault but the airports.

A but dated but super convenient

The location is hard to beat, nothing comes close to a 5 minute walk from the terminal for a short layover. The staff were friendly, beds very comfortable. It’s probably time to renovate the place, but overall im pleased with my stay.
