The bed was a little bit uncomfortable it was definitely an older version. Wasn't thrilled with the fact that we had a taxi ordered for us but was not told that there was a surcharge because they were coming to the airport as we're from out of country we did not know that.

Great quiet hotel at Gatwick North terminal. Had a wonderful dinner at Vivre restaurant in the hotel- delicious sea bass and pistachio tart. Friendly helpful staff. Definitely the place to stay at Gatwick.

Super comfortable bed, large TV, nice fridge with free cold water, excellent soundproofing, and so very close to Gatwick North Terminal check in … or an easy shuttle ride to South Terminal and trains. I love going here before and after a trip - adds a touch of luxury.
