So glad we stayed here!

Due to unforeseen events, my husband and I found ourselves in need of accommodation near Heathrow Airport at the last minute. I’m so glad we booked at Hyatt Place. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection. It’s just what we needed to get our trip back on track.

Very handy for early morning flights from Heathrow. The Hopper bus makes several stops so takes a little longer than you would expect, so a cab/ taxi might be a quicker way to get to the Terminals, especially T5

There is no designated hotel shuttle to the airport. You basically have to take a £20 UBER. Disappointing. Otherwise the hotel was great! Within walking distance to car rental drop offs.

Great location & very clean & comfortable rooms

Great place to stay for convenience to the airport. The shuttle bus is a "pay to use" system and isn't included-which is good to note before booking. Also "laundry facilities" are not an on site laundry as we thought it was-another thing worth noting before booking.

One day stopover

Stayed one night. Hotel was good... close to the airport. The site mentions a shuttle but it's very easy to take the U3 bus and get off at the Compass Center stop... about 5 minutes. We went out to Piccadilly Circus... took the U3 back to the airport then Piccadilly Line out. Very easy. Would stay here again.

Close to LHR although Hoppa buses were not timely but I had no issues on catching my flight. Streets near hotel were untidy with rubbish bags piling up along verges but neither comments are hotel issues. Staff were very professional.

Nice stay!

Overall, it’s a very comfortable hotel. The attractive wall-to-wall carpets do show some signs of heavy foot traffic, so a refresh in the same neutral color and elegant design would be a nice improvement. All in all, this is an awesome, clean, comfortable, safe and well-maintained hotel, and the buffet breakfast is very excellent. Kudos to the friendly staff! Thank you for making my stay so nice. I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely come back here again! Happy customer:)

I've stayed in a few airport hotels at Heathrow, and this one was definitely the cleanest and most comfortable. The staff was quite friendly too. The thing that I really appreciate about this Hyatt was that it had a bathtub/shower combination rather than just a shower. I really needed the relaxation of a bath on this trip, but more importantly, it kept the floor from getting soaked, which is a huge problem I've had with other airport hotels. This one definitely met my needs, and I would stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed here on an overnight travelling out of London. Tje check in was smooth and seamless, the room was fantastic..comfortable bed, spacious and a very nice view. The food at the restaurant was pretty descent. This has been one of my better Hyatt hotel stays so i will definitely be back.

An extremely well run hotel with beautiful, clean, well-equipped rooms. Breakfast buffet was excellent and included in the price. Tip - Hotel Hoppa is infrequent, complicated and unreliable. There are several TFL (Transport For London) options to Heathrow Central Bus Station which stop directly outside Hyatt Place every 10 - 15 minutes. Also, there are TFL options from the terminals to Hyatt Place which are easily figured out with a quick Google search. Just need to scan your credit card on entry for a nominal £1 charge. Super quick, easy & virtually free. I will stay at Hyatt Place for all my layovers hereafter. Great hotel! Worth paying a little more.
