Absolutely awful. Room had an odor and red and yellow stains all over carpet and walls. Very rundown overall and not worth the - admittedly inexpensive - price. Coffee at breakfast was also terrible and the espresso machine in the lobby coffee shop was out of service. Will avoid in future. The only highlight is that the staff themselves were lovely. But doesn't make up for the rooms.

Room clean, staff ok but not exceptional service. Long wait to check in and out. Staff not very clear with directions to our room. Another guest following us had the same problem, and had to return to reception for help. Breakfast was busy, and it was difficult to find a clean table. Also my Blue Light discount was not honoured.
