Lovely hotel, very friendly reception staff, great runway views . The bar and restaurant were too expensive though and food not worth £24 for a main meal. Plus service was added on bill. Will stay again though, just not eat or drink in hotel

Really disappointed with our stay. We were given the key to the room with no direction of how to get there. Had to go back to the desk once after not finding it - were given directions and got to our room at 10 PM and our room was still being cleaned and we were told we could not enter. We had to stand outside of the room with all of our luggage while they got a managed to check the room. After a long day of traveling and it being 10 PM, this was completely unacceptable

1st, I got an accidental upgrade from a queen interior room to a king runway view. The bed was HUGE, comfy and a pleasure to sleep in. Bathroom was a bit cramped, and the door needs to be sanded and painted. Loads of hot water in the shower, and it took no time to arrive. Pressure was strong. I absolutely love the fact that the room also had both USB-A and USB-C charging ports next to the bed. One of the outlets at the desk was a standard European jack as well. This place is pretty well appointed, in a great location that’s just outside Heathrow. Great staff.

This is the first time i have stayed at the hotel for many years and I was pleasantly surprised at how it has withstood the passage of time. Clean and convenient for heathrow, the staff are professional and diligent. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very standard airport hotel. Concierge was really helpful, but front desk and bar staff acted as though we were a nuisance. Food and drink were cripplingly expensive, and no snack options at the bar. Sadly, this is exactly what I expect from a hotel of this type. Having said that, room was clean, protected us from noise fairly well, and the bed was comfy.

I use this hotel when I travel from Heathrow. Without exception, I have found the facilities excellent and the staff polite and helpful. Perhaps the hotel’s greatest asset is its proximity to the terminals and the tube station.

Great hotel close to the airport - we stayed one night as we were flying from Heathrow the next morning. Lovely spacious room and comfy queen size bed with good quality linen. Great night's sleep and a lovely buffet cooked breakfast. Friendly, welcoming staff too - across the board.

A very large hotel convenient to Heathrow. Many rooms available. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were glad to be able to use airport transportation with direct terminal access.
