"The staff at the front desk were super friendly. The room was clean and the AC worked well! The parking garage spaces were super tight and tiny, but most places are like that in Seattle. We stayed here since we had a concert at Climate Pledge Arena and it was just 2-3 blocks walk."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The staff was really nice and helpful and I appreciated being able to check in early. I also felt safe staying here which was important to me. The location was great and close to pretty much everything so it was really convenient getting around. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. "We were there to celebrate our 50th anniversary, they went above and beyond to make it special for us!! Staff was exceptional! Especially one young man at the front desk. Loved the historical ambiance. Wonderful stay!! Highly recommend! Also very convenient to the monorail to get to the Space Needle area."
