"The hotel was well maintained. There was always cleaning staff around. I also loved that you had to use your room key to make the elevators go up. It was a nice added security knowing no one was on your floor that didn’t belong there. Their breakfast was really good too. My favorite was how crispy their bacon was, without being burnt. The only thing that I didn’t like, was the price for parking. I realize it is downtown but my goodness. I honestly think if you have to charge 10 - 20 dollars a day is plenty. You share the garage with a couple of other hotels, so finding a parking spot is hard to find sometimes for the price you charge."

"Convenient location with many restaurant options in walking distance. Punchbowl social was a hit with our kids. Breakfast was nice. Pool was fun for the kids."

"Hallways felt like walking in a furnace. Pool area was a bit gross. We had our room switched 3 times. Once was because front desk (only nice worker there was) was nice enough the first day to move when I realized I booked wrong room but 2nd room the refrigerator was incredibly loud, 3rd room the AC didnt work. The fourth room wasnt much better with the AC, stayed 72 in our room most of the trip. When I called the Front Desk for the AC, the lady was incredibly rude when I called at 4am because the room wouldnt cool. She said thats the way it is and if I wanted to do anything about it, it would be an hour before she could find us a suitably room. Charging for parking is fine IF it was convenient but it wasnt. The parking behind hotel was full and we had to park in garage which was a walk. Outside traffic caused room to be insanely noisy making it difficult for our 1 year old to sleep and we were on top floor. Area wasnt the safest."
