The hotel was beautiful, and the beds were comfortable. The only issue I had with this hotel was that our room wasn’t ready at check-in. I waited patiently for an hour, then went back and spoke to the front desk, and the young lady said my room still wasn’t ready for about another hour because they were overbooked. We had made reservations months ago. So, in total, we waited 2 hrs for our room.

The lobby areas and bar and restaurants were great and staff was great at both. This is an older building but is well maintained and has been renovated. It is a hidden gem and we would stay here again over some other pricier hotels in the City.

Breakfast was good, staff was all super helpful (cafe staff were very soft spoken and hard to hear, but overall very friendly). Had to add nights to my stay and front desk staff was helpful and made the process easy so we didn’t have to change rooms.
