"Good location on the west side of Indy. We had a wedding in the Eagle Creek area and it was easy to get to. Also had a family member fly in and the airport is very accessible. The neighborhood is quiet and has a nice park in the center of the subdivision. Sidewalks are available for stroll if you like."

"When we arrived, we had to speak to someone who was remotely checking people in via a kiosk. Not impressed. We asked for extra pillows & towels several times, first being told it would be an hour, then they would leave them if we weren’t in the room. We asked again and someone brought them at 10:30 pm. The door of our room was barely secure. The deadbolt didn’t fully engage. The towels were tiny. There were no wash cloths, no hair dryer. This is an extended stay hotel, people let the access door at the end of the hall slam shut when coming & going, you can hear people talking and walking around in other rooms. It’s cheap, but I don’t recommend staying here if you like sleeping or having a door that locks properly."
