"Here’s a concise, honest review you can use: ⸻ I wouldn’t stay here again. While there were thankfully no visible bugs in my room, the overall cleanliness was very poor. The sheets and pillowcases seemed clean, but the pillows, mattress, and comforters themselves were stained and unpleasant. The room also had a strong chemical smell that felt like it was trying to mask smoke. The bathroom, walls, and even the outlets were dirty and clearly not well maintained. To make matters worse, I overheard another guest at check-in loudly complaining about bugs, which didn’t inspire confidence. Overall, the experience felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. I’d recommend looking elsewhere."

"I book reservations for employees and have all the info sent to me for documentation purposes. The Landing sent me an excessive amount of security forms, which is fine, but I was unable to provide a facial recognition, as I am not the employee residing at the location. I tried relaying that, but the email was "no reply." The email clearly stated that if this wasn't completed, the reservation would be cancelled, but here we are asking how my "stay" was..... Also, I got repeated emails after I had responded telling them to cancel, saying, "please do the ID verification or your reservation will be cancelled." No follow-through on that threat because, clearly, they still charged for the room even though ID verification was never received and there was no check-in..... just all around unprofessional. If this is how they want to do things, that is fine, but please have a better communications process. And if you're going to cancel if you don't receive information, then DO THAT."

"Didn’t see any staff didn’t like the kiosk feature had to get a new key like 6 times just randomly stopped working parking lot was horrible looked like a trap house or a place sex workers use had a crazy smell to the property like something died wouldn’t do it again that award in the lobby was a lie or AI made"

"We didn't get the room we booked and pre-paid for. There was not a single parking spot on site. There was a kickboxing event going on with hundreds of people wandering all over the hotel. Woken up at 2:30am to people fighting in the hallway outside our room. Woken up again at 5:30 because someone pulled the fire alarm. Terribly run hotel. Will not go back."

"Card keys doesn't work. It happened every day. Worst experience I ever had. I was coming in at 1am and frustrating to see it takes half hour to get in to the room. First day the attendant did not how to make the keys working for a while. Second day same thing and she had to come and open the door as she couldn't make it work. Worst experience of my life.
