The property is within walking distance to many great venues around downtown Indy. The parking garage is easy to access and the whole property is well maintained. My only complaint would be the bed and couch was extremely hard. Overall I would stay there again

Perfect spot to spend a weekend exploring Indy. Go see the Zoo, the State Museum, the IMAX, the state capitol, the canal/riverwalk and more. All of this is within walking distance in a well lit, safe walking area. There are bars and restaurants in the hotel complex to refuel and relax. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are roomy, clean and comfortable. The parking is easily accessed, covered and safe. We had a wonderful stay and will return.

My two boys and I shared a room. No one wanted the sofa bed since it's not as comfortable. So we traded off each nite. I asked for daily housekeeping and it was provided by the man at the front desk. Much appreciated and it made our trip great. Thank you.

First off: If you park in their garage for only part of your stay, check your final payment carefully -- they don't bill you based on in/out times as they say, they just add the cost of parking for your full stay to your bill. And they don't mention that unless you ask about the parking fee. Beyond that, this is an oddly arranged complex with lots of remodeling going on in other buildings, and, at least at the moment, dining options are bleak. Rooms seem to have been remodeled recently and are clean and in good condition, but with a strange layout that includes separate rooms for the toilet apart from the main sink and shower. Strangely soft beds and terrible pillows. Except for the excellent desk chair, all the furnishings were uncomfortable. The breakfast has a lot of options - but many are pretty bad. (At least thaw the cheap frozen muffins before putting them out.) While some staff are very friendly and helpful, most do their best to avoid helping or interacting with guests. And, right now, road construction in the area means you are walking through a construction zone to get anywhere. For the price, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had anywhere.
