Three bad things during my stay. 1. Arrived at 2:30 AM after flight delays. Front desk (unapologetically) could not check me in until 3AM because their systems were updating. Couldn’t they have printed the room keys in advance? 2. Loud nighttime rock concert in the amphitheater behind the hotel. Couldn’t they have assigned me a room facing the front instead? 3. Stayed for two nights. They did not service my room. Period. Gym is very nice.
