I’d normally give this an easy 5-star rating. Everything about this hotel was excellent except for one very important thing…the mattress. I was in Room 1519. In 50+ years of traveling, I don’t think I’ve had one worse. I’m not even that sensitive to mattresses but this was horrible. It didn’t even feel like a real mattress. My wife is taking aspirin for the hip/back pains she got after two nights here. This is way beneath Hyatt. It’s hard for me to believe all their rooms have this mattress.
