Additionally, the hotel has a great central location in Dubai so was very conveniently located near the Dubai mall, Burj Khalifa and the city in general. Most significantly, we would like to extend a special "thank you" to Erika and Archel for their hospitality during our stay. We arrived in Dubai early in the morning after a long red-eye flight and Erika and Archel seamlessly checked us in early and took care of holding onto and then coordinating getting our luggage to our room. And since we arrived early and very tired, they even arranged for us to utilize a spare guest room for a few hours to rest while we waited for our room to be ready. Their great service is why we have long been huge fans of Shangri-La and have stayed at many of your locations throughout the world. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing and effortless! "
