I liked everything except for one day they said it was happy hour all I wanted was soda and orange juice cause we don’t drink . Basically we were rejected even though I told them my room number then they were like it’s ok for today will give it to you but that was so embarrassing I said no never mind let’s leave . I was told drinks , sodas juices all day and that’s why we only went for breakfast

My stay at the Shangri-La Dubai was truly exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really sets it apart is the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and always went above and beyond to make sure every need was taken care of. I want to give special recognition to Khodarahm, the doorman. He greeted me warmly every day, always helped me get a taxi, and even made sure to speak with the drivers so I arrived safely at my destination. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made such a difference in my stay. Khodarahm truly represents the spirit of Shangri-La hospitality, and I am so grateful for his help. This hotel lives up to its star rating and more. The rooms are roomy and well-designed and have a 5-star feel. This hotel has a very positive atmosphere, which is mostly due to its friendly and attentive staff. Archel, the Front Office Manager, sent us a flower arrangement, which was a special touch. Elizabeta was also incredibly thoughtful, always going the extra mile by sending us fruits and chocolates, which made us feel so special.
