The room was nice, the staff were very nice and I was pleased with them. They have a rooftop with nice views. My room was always cleaned after they went through. ARJUN was very kind and helpful then I had questions he would always try his vest to help. They have breakfast that is nice but I think better options would be nice. BENCHAMINE was also very kind and would be quick to help.

Overall the room was clean and loved the hotel! I would rebook with them forsure and it’s was affordable! But one thing yall should change on the Expedia account is they are not 24 hour shuttle. Because I tried getting a shuttle at 4am and they said they just have 9am to 4pm. So I would edit the 24 hour shuttle to 9am to 4pm. That’s why I booked with them to get transportation. But overall loved the hotel

Once again, I had a wonderful stay at the Al Khoury Courtyard Hotel. The property maintains a high standard of luxury and a cozy, welcoming ambiance. My room was spotless, and the service remains incomparable—the staff is consistently helpful, cooperative, and incredibly fast to respond. I’d like to give a special mention to Mr. Om in the restaurant and Mr. Arjun from the service team for their exceptional hospitality. Suggestion for improvement: While the quality is great, I believe the breakfast buffet would benefit from a bit more variety in the future.

Interesting hotel. Staff are friendly, very clean, great room and the facilities are nice. Rooftop pool was lovely first thing in the morning. Restaurant is always open which is nice, your never without food if you don’t want to use the apps. Supermarket next door is also helpful. My only issue is the location to the metro, which I was using to get across town. It’s 35AED to the metro and back again which does quickly add up. No issue calling a cab and rarely waited at all. It might be a good idea for the hotel to use their free kite beach transfer as an option to also go to ONPASSIVE metro. I would stay again, would just be ready to expect a little more to time for the metro. Thanks to the staff for a great stay.

Had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, the food is great and everything is very well organized. Arun took good care of me and the security Gursev and Mr. Awais help me alot with finding my expensive lighter back with camera footage. Overall a good hotel and experience. Nice and clean. Pool and spa (saunas) are great. Staff is nice and professional. One negative part was that I booked a room with two beds but was given a room with one bed only, which was inconvenient for our group. They tried to accommodate by upgrading room but still one bed. So beware they might not have the room you booked with them when you come to check-in.
