I stayed 7 nights!… The room was not bad at all could be better but for 3star it’s reasonable… the staff were very attentive and respectful. Unfortunately, I found one cockroach on my last day of stay! Overall it wasn’t a bad stay!

Staff at the reception and everywhere in the hotel was friendly and helpful. Around the reception are you can get coffee with dates around lunchtime. Also there’s a cafe with coffee and pastry in the hotel. The room was clean and modern and was very well cleaned. The view from my room was really bad - it was in front of another building, I had to leave curtains shut because of it and I couldn’t see the city at all. The view from the roof, however, was very nice, but it was closed too early in the evening in my opinion. I went there every morning. On top of the roof are two swimming pools (one is for children) and you can get a towel there. There are sunbeds as well. The nearest subway is around 45 minutes walking. There are many grocery shops, pharmacies and restaurants in the area. Walking to the beach La Mer is about 15 minutes. There was no VIP access and no food discount, even when I asked.

Le stanze non erano pulite abbiamo avuto tanti problemi per la prenotazione, perché sul vostro sito mio figlio di 15 anni risultava un bambino e quando siamo arrivati là, non c’hanno concesso il letto per mio figlio. Questo è un problema, perché se sul sito io prenoto la stanza per due adulti e un quindicenne e tutto va a buon fine. Io devo avere il letto e così siamo stati costretti a dormire in tre in un letto matrimoniale. Il cibo che abbiamo provato sia a colazione che per una cena era terribile qualità bassissima e cucinato male.

Clean room, towels changed whenever requested, friendly staff, and good amenities — no issues there. The problem was the desert safari tour we booked through the hotel’s tour desk. We paid for what was presented as a full package that included safari car, ATV riding, a camel photo, henna, a photo in traditional Arabic costume, and barbecue dinner. We paid the full amount without negotiating, expecting a proper experience. Instead, we were given the lowest-tier version of everything. The ATV ride and camel photo were done at night, the costume photo was taken in a dark room, and the henna was limited to one small design with no option to choose. Seating was on the floor, not on chairs. For dinner, we had to stand in line twice — once for appetizers and once for the main dish that doesn't include barbecue. In the end, we had to pay extra on-site just to upgrade to decent services. The so-called “full package” sold by the hotel turned out to be the bare minimum, and once you arrive, they call the proper experiences “extras” or “paid upgrades”.

Everything was great, staff is so nice, rooms are spacious and clean (I booked the M floor) which do have a big terraces too. If you thinlk Dubai is Dubai Marina only this is not a place for you, but if you want to experience a real Dubai it is a right place.
