The stay was very good in every way: the food, the service from all the staff, the clean rooms—just two minor issues. They advertise that all their rooms have smart TVs, but room 330 did not. Another detail not mentioned on the website is that access to Soluna Beach is not free and requires a fee.

The breakfast room can be chaotic and busy in the mornings, although the staff appear to cope. Most importantly, though, despite making a reservation for King-size Bed, I was offered a twin or accessible room upon arrival. In the words of Seinfeld: "You know how to TAKE the reservation, you just don't know how to HOLD the reservation...".

The initial check in was awful. Broken refrigerator i had medication that went bad and could not be used. I kept calling qnd begging for a replacement fridge. Our luggage could not be located for gours and upon checking in I had ro oay twice due to some sort of error with tbe system which held up almost $3k for most of my trip which limited my enjoyment. Thw no microwave and I our ahsed food rhat couldn’t be heated due to the restaurant refusing tomreheat my food. The experience was sub par and I am traumatized at the fewr of vwing outside that firat niggt. Thank goodness I was ablw to acceas money to oay double. With all i went through I dont feel anything was done to compensate me for all of tbe trouble i experienced. No room comp anything. I had ro beg for 1 feww day if breakfast. The only big pleasant experience was the hotel gift store. Something more should have been done. It was also my birthday celebration in addition to me modeling for Emirates Fashion Week. Please do better. The hotel Is beautiful but i feel disappointed greatly thank you

I stayed at this hotel for several days and had a mixed experience. During the first three days, water kept leaking from the bathroom glass panel door, making the floor slippery. On the fourth night, water started dripping from the upper wall, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the new room had similar bathroom leakage issues, the pantry light was not working, and the air-conditioning was weak, causing a very uncomfortable and stuffy night. Despite these problems, the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They responded quickly to our concerns and tried their best to assist us. With improvements to room maintenance, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience.

The staff were so malicious the property wasn’t as described in Expedia. The building was very dusty and the rooms. I booked for 15 nights and ended up checking out after 1 night stay. The manager THENULKA “reassured” that the hotel would be happy to provide refund as long as Expedia does however I’m still having to fight them for a refund for the remaining nights that I did not stay for. And each time myself and Expedia has contacted the property and managers THENULKA and SOFIANE they have both lied about the refund status. Absolutely ridiculous!

Front desk is excellent, rooms very comfortable and of a good size. The temperature of the showers varies significantly while you’re using them. Restaurants are average at best, so staff are responsive some less so. Food is ok but not very inspiring. Lack of fresh fruit at breakfast unless all you eat is melon. Good location and reasonable rates. Good shuttle bus service to the malls etc

The front of house Staff are exceptional. After having my flight to Dubai cancelled, the Airline then managed to loose my luggage. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they communicated with the airline on my behalf and did not stop until the situation was resolved. I couldn’t be more grateful. Valentine, the Lady also from reception, was just the most wonderful human being, totally professional, with customer service enviable many hotels.
