I love staying at Radisson Blu’s. Everything about this one was great, except for one thing, and that’s the buffet breakfast. Breakfast is the reason I love their hotels so much, but this one paled in comparison to the others I’ve stayed at. Maybe that’s a cultural difference between the east and west, but I didn’t like it at all. The eggs were like water, the juices tasted awful, pastries were hard, and couldn’t get unflavoured water there. Enough about breakfast. The rest of my stay was fantastic. The staff all speak English well and were very nice. They even brought me a nice food platter to my room on my last night, for free! The location is nice, also. About a 20 minute walk to the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall, or a couple minutes drive. I see other people here complaining about the construction noise, but I didn’t hear any when in my room. But then again I was barely in my room during work hours. TLDR: If you’re not a breakfast person, this is the hotel for you.

The rooms we booked were not available at check in even though i sent an email beforehand as well to ensure they got it right. They offered a supposed upgrade but still expected us to share a bed with our kids even though we had paid for extra beds. The windows don’t close properly so it gets very noisy at night. One of the rooms was right above the restaurant with very loud music at all times. One night we woke up at 5am because the room next door was having a disco party. Needless to say we are not coming back.

This hotel ned renovation on bathroom special on shower door was broken and water temperature very hot or very cold not between unfortunately also air conditioner not working properly in Dubai even though was not hot air conditioner is need it. We canceled the last two night because of those issues and go to a different hotel.
