Excellent stay with family, clean, super clean facilities and gorgeous apartment with amazing sea views. Staff were extremely, helpful and polite. We loved that there were always taxis waiting and you didn't need to worry about booking one. Concierge service was great and again very helpful, especially when travelling with family.

I give 5 stars for the overly accommodating staff, they are super friendly and very hospitable. The hotel rooms are run down and do not feel like a Sofitel.

The best stay I have ever stayed at a hotel. The rooms are amazing very spacious and luxurious. The staff incredibly friendly and helpful and accommodating to the biggest extent. I give it a 100/10 I’ve stayed at most of the hotels on the palm this one by faaar exceeded and went beyond all of them.

Great staycation, recommend half board option, food was delicious and abundant. The premier lounge is convenient but a bit restricted in food and drinks timing and dress code etiquette. The spa facilities are a must. I wish the pool had a pool bar. My very spacious room, which I loved, had a huge Bath tub, tub salt and bubbles are not provided.
