The staffs are amazing from the doorman to the receptionist and the lounge staff members. The hotel location is out of the way of all noises and dubai traffic.

Staff was first rated always eager to provide top tier services and facilities were great, two things I noticed and I would suggest to change. 1. Main swimming pool should be reserved adults only, there is enough swimming pools suitable for children and non that provide adult only peace and quiet. 2.I understand asking for room number during the meals but asking it for every single thing, daily even lounge on the beach it becomes very annoying. But overall experience was very good,excellent.

Staff are brilliant, room was not as good as previous years but ok. Shower was poor this time, taps looked as though they needed attention. Issue one day with waterfall masonry where a chunk of stone fell into the pool from the top of the waterfall, thankfully missed swimmers. Was left all day and then repaired overnight. Overall a good place to stay.

Very comfortable beds and our room was lovely, we chose half board - the restaurants were good but the limited menu means it gets repetitive and boring. Lunch and dinner were far more enjoyable - least enjoyed Manava - the breakfast and offering overall leaves alot to be desired. I personally do not rate the breakfast offering as five star - it looks and tastes like it’s made en masse. Breakfast was the real draw back of our experience. We did not receive any additional benefits as Expedia VIPs. The staff and service was excellent across the board.

We loved staying in the suite here the rooms were enormous and renovated and new. The staff were excellent and room was also soundproof if you’re by a pool and worried about kids being noisy. The hotel was very accommodating of our unusual arrival and departure hours for our 12 hour Dubai layover during the day. Spa and club room were a little tired looking and food range that you get quite limited. That part didn’t feel luxurious while the rest of the property did. Also liked it was next door to the new Atlantis so you can explore and enjoy restaurants there too.

Was a nice place but some of the staff kept asking how long we was going stay and checking on the day we landed was extra long we got checked in after 3pm Which I know it’s the timing we was extremely tired would of thought they would of prompt the check in as I booked an extra day which I didn’t use because of my flight timing I wouldn’t be staying there again
