"They charge my card and then I get there then they’re like oh I need $100 deposit and I’m like well. Can I use the card on file? They’re like no it has to be physical card so they made me cancel the thing and then once I cancel it, I went back on the shuttle when I bought and I had to wait like 10 minutes to leave even though I was the only person there and it was like 12 at night and then they’ll shuttle to pick me up in the first place never arrived like I have probably had to wait over an hour just to get the shuttle clearly and overall just the worst experience I’ve ever had with the hotel "

Tried to ask a question after my pre book was already charged and couldn’t cancel. They charge $125 just for the dog for one night. Also I didn’t see the 30lb limit on a dog. So when I tried asking about that they wouldn’t even respond. Once they get your money they don’t care. It literally cost me less to get another hotel that would take my dog and stay for one night than they charge a “cleaning fee” for the dog. "
