i really want to be honest so that next time you’ll do better. Our overnight stay at Travelodge San Francisco Airport North was terrible. The room is dirty, especially the bathroom, the carpets are stained and also the chair. but the worst experience we had is THE BED BUGS. we tried to talk with the receptionist but he just ignored the problem and asked us to call the manager, but the manager won’t even answer our call because we want a refund.

Extremely run-down property. When we arrived the check in building was gross and disorganized. The toilet in our room didn’t work. Someone came at 11pm while my family was in bed to fix the toilet. Paint peeling off walls and popcorn ceiling crumbled on the bed. There were footprints on the sheets(?!) and someone had unwrapped the soap and thrown a hand towel in the sink. Looks nothing like the photos.

My room more run down than previous reviews would have led me to expect. Solo front staff person not sufficient for long cue of people waiting for check in and check out. Room clean. Peeling paint and missing items substandard. Perhaps I had a particularly unmaintained room?

This hotel is functional - I've stayed here several times. It's not the most luxurious, but it's clean and convenient and a great deal for the price. It's also very busy - expect a line to check in.

The only saving grace is the proximity to the airport and the toilet wasn't as horrible as everything else. We were in 720, and the place felt old, dirty and run down. There's a pocket door to the shower/toilet room, and it was falling off the tracks and/or just stuck. Tried to call the desk about it, but no answer. We had a mouse running across the floor in the morning. Mattresses and pillows were lumpy. This is only a place to stay a few hours until an early flight out, because it's not comfortable enough for anything else. I guess that and the price are filling a need out there, but I expected a little better from a Wyndham company

As someone who is in real estate, it seems just poorly managed. So much deferred maintenance makes the place look worse than it is. The room seems clean. Just not what I expect with the name Wyndham attached to it. Also the staff seemed less than professional in their interactions with guests.

The place is run down and aged beyond belief. Felt like a homeless hotel. Staff was friendly as well as the IHOP servers, but the place is a verrrrrry last resort.
