The shuttle availability, convenience, and ease of booking thru Expedia were great. The hotel is older for sure, but all the basics were there. There was freeway noise, but I kept the tv on at very low volume. Don’t expect the Hilton, but you can survive a night here

This place was so run down and terrible. Sheets were clean but paint was peeling off the walls and stunk of mildew. Garbage on the walkway and charged me over $300 to stay there!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Having stayed there several years ago, the place has really improved. For the price you absolutely can’t beat it.

What a dump, I did not think such things still existed. Waited forever for the shuttle bus from the airport wandering if it was even going to come. The room I reserved was not available so got a substitute , had to look in the dark for my room walking around the grounds without clear signs for anything. Would never recommend this to anyone

It is true that you get what you pay for. I was lured by the airport shuttle and less expensive price. The place isn’t awful- think schitts creek - but it is very old. I tried to call a few days ahead to ask a question and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone- should have changed then. I feels like about half of the rooms are local workers. It is clean and the bed isn’t the worst but know what to expect. They do not have a restaurant but there is an IHOP next door. The shuttle runs about every 45 minutes- so three Hilton shuttles came by before this one showed up.

Unhappy in San Francisco

Communication with the hotel was impossible. Therefore, the shuttle service was unavailable. Very costly stay for such inconvenience. Price was twice what it will be in two weeks for the next possible. Feel gouged!

Pictures look so much better than the actual condition. It’s an old lodge. Service was poor and we were given a room that was very far from the reception. We had all our luggages with us and we were given too far away room that we needed to walk snd reception staff was not helpful. Service was poor too.
