Filthy and rat infested

Arrived late in the night, parking near the entrance is scarce so had to park on one of te hotel sides. The entire walk from the car to the entrance all I could see was hordes and hordes of large grey rats roaming the parking lot and on the narrow landscaping between the hotel building and the parking lot. While room was relatively clean, the area where the elevator lets off was filthy, the windows where stained had definitely not been cleaned in years.
