Restaurant is below the hotel standard

Hotel was great. The restaurant was terrible. Service was slow. But the food itself was worse. If we’d known it was that bad we’d have eaten before we arrived. It is overpriced food with no flavor. Not what we expected for the price nor the hotel.

Travel Comfort and Convenience

Nice respite after a long international trip. My connection was bad, so I opted to stay overnight and relax. I stayed on the 4th floor in a back corner room, so quiet and relaxing. The bar on the same floor had really good tacos and margaritas. So convenient with the Air Train. Highly recommend this hotel when in a travel quandry.

The staff was over the top helpful. Quite used to dealing with people coming in sleep deprived. Beds and pillows were wonderfully sleepable . I loved that they had accent lighting that came on if I got up in the middle of the night without having to turn on the light. Their crab and crème brûlée from the bar bites was delicious. Very convenient to the airport

Worth the expense

Perfect place to stay overnight before catching a very early morning flight. Beautiful accommodations, lobby and very pleasant restaurant for dinner. Access to SFO via Airtrain was convenient. Much more than calling an Uber at 430am from a more budget off airport hotel. First time here, now we will stay here as part of our normal travel routine.
