Tub had very slow drain; can't imagine this went unnoticed when room was cleaned between guests. It was quite an inconvenience with a 2-night stay. Not enough towels for 2 female guests. Linens were great. Pillows fantastic. Lots of counter space to spread out. But worst was a filthy, over-used side chair. It was stained and worn out. Really detracted from an otherwise nicely appointed room. Could have used extra towels to cover that up

Deeply Disappointed with My Stay. I am truly disgusted by my experience. I got food poisoning on the second night, which completely ruined my stay. The staff seemed to prioritize airline employees over paying guests — they were seated first for dinner, and the buffet breakfast served the same Chinese food every morning. My family and I were rushed out of the dining area while we were still eating, which was incredibly disrespectful. So many things went wrong during my stay that it’s hard to list them all. As someone currently battling cancer, I was simply looking forward to a peaceful, comfortable stay at the Hilton — but that’s not what I received. When I brought my concerns to management, I felt completely dismissed, as though my situation wasn’t taken seriously. This was by far the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had.
