The staff here make this hotel. Cutler and his team :) and the lovely Sarah who I missed this time. There is free parking here and if you don't have a car and fly into SFO, the free shuttle is fabulous :) Breakfast is good as well. This is my favourite hotel right now :)

Cruising from San Francisco and needed place to stay. Great choice, everything went as planned. Shuttle from airport was prompt, check in smooth and quick, friendly staff, places to eat close by. Hotel and room has vintage vibe which we liked. Clean and comfy. Definitely would stay again.

Watch out for misquotes.

Very nice place. Decent breakfast. Check in customer service was very nice. But after that they didn't seem very interested in you. I can understand, but seems like the friendliness stopped there. Didn't have a screen on our window and wanted to enjoy the fresh air. But after a few mosquitos bites we just to closed the window.

Great hotel for overnight SFO layover. Like the free airport shuttle and breakfast. Nice location close to the airport and right by the bay with the view of the airport. A couple of restaurants within walking distance too. Overall great value for your $$.

Staff was very attentive. Breakfast was a step up!! Good fresh food. We gave the ladies serving breakfast a tip each day. Please do that!! Those girls work hard and I did witness them being spoken to harshly by other guests. Just because it says “Breakfast included” …it doesn’t mean there aren’t great people behind doing the work. Show them appreciation!
