The hotel was clean. But service was subpar. We stayed one night. I asked for an extra bed and I agreed to pay an additional fee. The staff said it would be set up shortly. Hours later I asked about the setup but was told it could not be done because the responsible people had left. After much debate they put us in another room and agreed that we only pay for one room. After checkout many days later I saw in my credit card bill that I was charged for two nights for one night of stay. I called the hotel and was told I was charged only for one night. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the second night charge. Somebody somehow charged me for an additional night, which we never used nor agreed to.

It's a great place to stay! Centrally located and restaurants are within walking distance. Everyone at the reception desk is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast staff is just outstanding! They are so attentive to every detail, keeping the breakfast items always stocked up and refilled. The bedding is super comfortable and of good quality.

Very clean room we left the pool. The breakfast had a huge selection. We personally saw the staff cleaning after breakfast every day. It’s immaculate. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Got a GrubHub order delivered to the lobby. The lady let me know right away plus was able to give me silverware. Enjoyed the right weight room, pool, hot tub cable everything great.

First of all the condition of the bedding. The sheets had an horrendous smell. What ever they used to clean or not I wasn't able to sleep. The smell was so strong that left most unpleasant smell on my skin. Fortunately after bathing it went away. Did they even washed the linen? What did they use? Was it something foreign? When I spoke with the staff their attitude was definitely of "so what?". I was supposed to stay an additional night checked out the next morning. Even the breakfast buffet looked so unapetizing.

Nice place. Have stayed in many many hotels in the area and this is one our favorites. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast would be better if it had waffles, but its good and starts early! Its a huge hotel and parking gets a little hard to find but usually always had something way in the back. Staff is helpful and nice, and front desk is open all night. Will stay again.

The hotel and check in staff was great however upon arrival at the beach after check out realized I left my beach sandals at the hotel. When I called to see if my sandals were there so I could pick up later I was told no. Not sure where my sandals ended up but I think it was poor customer service to not hold on to my sandals. Other than that I live seating at Maple tree my go to when I am in town!
