The room itself was average but decent—clean enough and fine for a short stay. However, the walls are paper thin. I could clearly hear everything from the room next door, including a woman moaning so loudly it almost sounded fake, which made for a very uncomfortable early morning. Breakfast was disappointing; the eggs were cold and unappetizing. Overall, the hotel is passable if you’re not sensitive to noise, but don’t expect much sleep or a hot breakfast.

I drove seven hours and checked with nobody in line and a person named Guneet was super rude and pushy because I was taking too long looking for the license plate from my rental car. I am a stroke survivor and it takes me a bit longer to do things. She ruined my night.

I stayed thankfully for only 2 days. Im confused as to why all the 10 star reviews as i was expecting a 10 star room in regards to cleanliness and breakfast. Checking in was good and the front desk staff was nice. Please note that they charge $10 per night charge for parking which i didn't know before booking. I go to my room and immediately when i opened the door, the room smelled stale and old as if it hadn't been touched. I know that the housekeepers are on a time schedule and do a half job. So i always pack cleaning material with me for occasions like this. I cleaned every nob and also the bathroom which had loose hairs on the floor and in the shower. All of which took about a quick 10 minutes and the room smelled completely clean. I unpacked and settled into the room and the toilet was backing up. The front desk sent someone and they were able to plunge it until it flushed properly. There were little black ants coming from the sink and onto the counter top that i had to deal with. There was a hole in the side of the wall that had an outlet around it to cover it. I felt like a camera could have been in there so i cover it with tissue. The remote to the tv would randomly push the wrong thing or wouldn't work at all. The walls were super thin. I could here the guy next door snoring extremely loud which kept me up. And the person above me was stomping every time they walked inside there room I'm guessing due to thin walls. The breakfast was not good. So much

Have been coming here for 6 years, all through covid and enjoyed every stay and always gave rave reviews! Very disappointed to have a sudden $10 parking fee popped on me during check-in because I booked through Expedia which I always have. Nothing mentioned during booking or the two emails I received directly from the property.

Rooms were very clean and had a lot of little things such as extra coffee cups, small emergency light and umbrella. I really enjoyed the breakfast selection as well especially the miso soup they offered. Definitely would stay here again!

Breakfast wasn’t your typical breakfast at a chain hotel. There were more options. Also, there were more amenities than the chain hotels. For example, a bathrobe and umbrella were hanging in the closet. The only thing I noticed was the walls were not insulated as well so if you had someone in the next room, you heard some noise. But it wasn’t too bad.

I stayed at this hotel for five days, and it was a very clean, well-organized, and comfortable place. The breakfast was delicious, and the gym was also very nice. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby. I really like this hotel and am a regular guest here.

Breakfast buffet was better than the chain hotels - healthy choices and not as carb heavy. The room was clean and they had more amenities like a bathrobe and umbrella hanging in the closet. The only issue was the walls were not well insulated. When I had neighbors, I did hear them.
