"the room itself was large but felt dirty given the price we paid for the room. The bedside table was so dusty, lots of smudges on the window, and the bathroom tile baseboard was so dirty. The hotel was in a great location and still nice, but didn't feel super clean"

"Very Helpful staff. Really helped me out. The room was clean and everything worked well. The elevator was old and run down. For the price I paid it was a perfectly fine hotel. Great location. Short walks to Centre Bell and Basilica Notre Dame. Easy access to public transit. Overall a fine experience."

"We arrived close to midnight and the receptionist was very helpful. We do not speak French and she was very kind to us. We rented a room with 2 bedrooms. It was very spacious and the amenities in the room were great! The housekeeping staff was also very accommodating. It also has a deep bathtub. The washer and dryer helped a lot."
