The place was so loud, it seemed as if we were at an amusing park. In the morning we were waken up either by children screaming in the hallways along with their feral parents or the pool being cleaned. I’m talking about 8am and earlier. There’s no elevator close to the rooms to be able to bring your suitcases to your room, (you have to walk up some stairs) no bell boy assistance either. Outside, the workers were smoking right at the main entrance, so gross! The pool didn’t feel safe as people brought the glass drinks to the pool, they were in the pool holding their glasses making it so unsafe. It was an OK location, in the middle of Downtown Montreal. Parking is not included and neither is breakfast. They provide you with robes but if you want sleepers, you get charged $5.00 extra
