The room was good, but we could not enjoy the amenities. They had a group of hockey kids with their parents, kids putting down their shorts as prank at the pool, yelling, screaming while the adults with them stayed silent. We even came early from ottawa before late evening plans to enjoy the amenities. I even called ahead to see if they had any events or maintenance. I was told no, everything would be in working order. For this being almost $400 a night. Its outrageous that we had to deal with so much screaming and yelling of kids. The staff did nothing. Kids running around the pool, and the parents chanting with their kids. While the lifeguard was just scrolling on their phone in the office. No staff brought order. It was greatly disappointing.
