Enormous room, beautifully clean and quiet, had a full-sized kitchen including dishes and cookware. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and the location was great. Overall, our stay with my small family was memorable. We enjoyed it and the food was great too. Same as the service. There are only few concerns I had and told the housekeeping but never been addressed: Light bulbs are not working in the kitchen, there is one broken wine glass.

The hotel is very family friendly, with large rooms/suites and a full kitchen. The late check-out time is especially great when traveling with kids. As it is in the heart of downtown, close to Eaton's Centre so everything is easily accessible.

Great comfortable stay in a good location.

Great room and really spacious. Hotel was lovely and in a good location near food and transport. The pool was good as well. We left a charger behind by accident and the communication with the hotel was great, they found it and kept it for us to pick up.
