Great staff and valet! Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was just ok- and crowded even when we went early. Constructive feedback- there was only one robe in our room, even though we are two guests. the shower gel was empty, and it seemed as though they may have put body lotion in the conditioner dispenser in shower. The pillows were lumpy, hard and extremely uncomfortable. It made it very uncomfortable for sleeping.the king bed was nice and spacious, but those pillows….😩. Overall we were very pleased. It was nice to have kitchen in our room. Staff was extremely accommodating for all Of our needs.

This is, in my opinion, the best hotel in Montreal when seeing a hockey game or concert at the Bell Centre. It is close to everything. The included breakfast is plentiful and the service at this hotel is top notched! Will definitely stay here again!
